Welcome to Scoop Titan! We’re thrilled to have you as part of our community. Below, you’ll find our service terms and policies designed to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all our clients. Please take a moment to review them carefully.

Pricing Policy
Quotes: While our quotes are typically accurate, final pricing is confirmed after a full inspection of your yard during the first visit. If any adjustments are needed, we’ll communicate them to you before starting services.
Paused Services: Clients who pause services for any reason may be subject to an initial cleaning fee upon resuming monthly service.

Payment Policy
Initial or One-Time Cleanups: We require a 10% deposit.  The card on file will be billed for the remainder after completion of the job.
Monthly Services: If you choose monthly service after an initial cleanup, you’ll be billed for the remainder of the month on your second cleanup.
Recurring Services: Payments are due on the first day of each month, prior to receiving services.
Late Payments: A $10 late fee will apply for payments received after the due date. If payment is not received before the first cleaning of the month, services will be paused until payment is made.
Monthly Fee Structure: Our monthly fee is based on a 52-week calendar, averaged over 12 months. Months with five weeks are already factored into the pricing, so no extra charges apply.
Test Transaction: When linking a debit or credit card to your online portal, a $1.50 test transaction will occur. No funds are withdrawn; this is simply to verify your payment method.

Winter Policy
Year-Round Service: Scoop Titan operates 12 months a year, rain or shine! We’ll always show up as long as weather conditions are safe.
Weather Delays: If severe weather prevents service for a week, we’ll perform double duty the following week. Your monthly fee remains unchanged.

No Access Policy
Locked Gates: If we’re unable to access your yard due to a locked gate, you’ll still be charged for the cleaning. We’ll make every effort to notify you by knocking, calling, or updating your customer portal. Double duty will be performed the following week.
Notification: Our technicians will attempt to contact you before skipping your yard for the day.

Dangerous Pet Policy
Pet Safety: We love pets! Our technicians are comfortable working around dogs. However, if your pet shows signs of aggression or prevents us from safely cleaning, we’ll attempt to contact you by knocking, calling, or updating your portal.
Service Charges: If we’re unable to clean due to a dangerous pet, you’ll still be charged for the visit, and double duty will be performed the following week.

Cancellation Policy
No Contracts: Scoop Titan operates on a no-contract basis. You can cancel services at any time with 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations can be made by phone or through your customer portal.
Paused Services: Clients who pause services for seasonal reasons may be subject to initial or spring cleanup fees upon resuming monthly service.
Mid-Month Cancellations: If you cancel services mid-month, you’ll be refunded for any unused services. Refunds will be processed to the payment method on file.

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms.

Limitation of Liability
Scoop Titan’s liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey. Any disputes will be resolved informally by contacting us first.

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive transactional and promotional messages from us. If you have any concerns or questions about our SMS policy, please contact us.
